Registration is now open for the Maryland ACFE Chapter training opportunity to be presented on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
The September meeting will be held live in-person at Martin’s West, Baltimore, MD, and also virtually online. They have been working towards this for some time, and given the current policies and guidelines in place from various agencies, they believe that now is the time for everyone to be together again. Given the requirements currently in place, they believe that at the present time, they can accommodate 150 attendees, safely and comfortably at Martin’s West.
Just as they did for the Maryland Fraud Conference in September 2020 at Martin’s West, their presenter will be live, in-person in front of a live audience. In addition, once again they have arranged for their production crew, BPN Media, from Dallas, TX, to be on-site to broadcast live (not Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx, etc.) all of the proceedings. You will be able to choose between attending in-person, or attending virtually.
There will be no limit to the number of virtual attendees that we can accommodate. There is no membership affiliation required. Everyone is welcome, and in fact, the information to be presented will be useful to everyone. Each of you will learn essential knowledge and skills which will assist you, not only in your professions, but in your personal lives as well.
Maryland ACFE Chapter will offer these 4 hours of NASBA-approved CPE for only $25 ($6.25 per CPE hour).

Speaker Bio:
MICHÈLE STUART, PI
Ms. Stuart is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Arizona with nearly thirty years of experience specializing in the areas of Financial, Open Source Investigations (OSINT), Corporate Investigations, Intelligence/Counter Intelligence, and Cellular Security. She started her investigative career as an Economic Fraud Investigator. Ms. Stuart is an Adjunct Professor with the University of Virginia and an Instructor at Quantico (FBI Academy) for multi-country training programs. Over the past years she has provided presentations, and private training, to both Federal and State levels of Law Enforcement Agencies, and Military Intelligence throughout the United States, including attendees from the Department of Homeland Security, US Marshals, FBI, DOJ, Border Patrol, Indian Tribal Nations and local law enforcement agencies throughout the country.
Additionally, she has presented classes for RSIG, ARA, Allied Finance Adjusters, Insurance Special Investigative Units, numerous Financial and State Associations, Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, and various educational, and civic groups. Ms. Stuart partnered with the Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security creating a program “Keeping Kids Safe”, training administrators, principals, teachers, SRO’s and parents on the dangers of applications / cellular security. Moreover, she has written and published several articles pertaining to her investigative methods in various investigative publications and journals and is a featured author with her own column concerning Internet Profiling and Open Source Investigations titled “Internet FYI” in PI Magazine, a widely distributed trade publication of the private investigations industry.
