Welcome to the Mid-South Chapter of the ACFE

The Mid-South Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners was founded in 1992, in the home of the blues and barbeque, Memphis, Tennessee.

Our chapter consists of fraud detection and prevention professionals in the Memphis and surrounding area. Many of our members hold the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation. However, we welcome anyone that works in the fraud field or is interested in fraud investigation and prevention.

The Mid-South ACFE Chapter is run by volunteers. We typically try and respond to emails between 3 to 5 business days, and you may get a response sooner if possible.

Speaker: Joey Hudgins

Bio: Joey is a Special Agent with the Tennessee Office of Homeland Security Criminal Investigation Division. In 2008, he retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 22 years of service. During his time in the military, he served at the US Embassy in Muscat, Oman, two tours in the Middle East, and Portugal. His state-side assignments include Michigan, Arkansas, the Pentagon, Virginia, and Illinois.
