Speaker: George Mullins
Bio: George has his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of Memphis and MBA from the University of Alabama.
George recently retired from FedEx as an internal auditor, and has also worked for Kellogg, HealthSouth, State Farm and the Internal Revenue Service.
CPE: 2 hours (Ethics)
Ethics for CFEs and Investigators as we operate in a polluted professional and social environment.
We will cover some consequences as well as some of the “Why’s” it is important to understand and follow the ACFE and other Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.
We will discuss some ideas to help maintain an awareness of ethical practices in our work, which do extend to our personal lives.
Virtual and In-person attendance at Ridgeway Business Center, 5865 Ridgeway Center Parkway Suite #300, Memphis, TN 38120. Door prize for in-person attendees.
There will be an opportunity available for networking from 1:30 pm to the start of the presentation.

Tennessee Law Enforcement professionals may submit to the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission for specialized training substitution through their designated agency training officer.
Commissioned and Appointed Federal Law Enforcement professionals may seek specialized training recognition with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation Commission towards agency approved specialized training.
