Margaret Greene has been a Postal Inspector in the Memphis domicile for 17 years. During those years she has primarily worked in internal mail theft at the FedEx International Hub in Memphis, TN as well as revenue investigations protecting Postal Service revenue. In her mail theft assignment at FedEx, she has identified and/or arrested over 100 suspects in protection of the US Mail. Early in her career in revenue protection she conducted numerous investigations that identified companies that were attempting to defraud the Postal Service of its revenue and recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars. She has recently been assigned to investigate mail fraud and currently has several significant cases accepted for federal prosecution at the United States Attorney’s Office.
Prior to becoming an Inspector, Margaret held several positions in postal operations & the Inspection Service to include a mail processing clerk at the Memphis NDC, a general clerk in Vehicle Operations, an administrative assistant in Transportation & Contracts, an Inspection Service Operations Technician at the Memphis SISC, and a Security Specialist in the Applicant Processing Unit for Postal Inspector. Margaret has a total of 27 years of service with the Postal Service and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis.
Susan Link has been a Postal Inspector for 19 years. She is assigned to the Atlanta Division and based in the Memphis Domicile. Susan specializes in Mail Fraud investigations. She has been involved in several high-profile investigations to include the investigation of James Jackson, the self-proclaimed “Father of Identity Theft” who stole and used dead peoples’ identities and also the investigation of Dr. Larry Bates and his family, who defrauded victims of over $23M. The Bates case was featured on American Greed in Scams on Film; God and Gold in Season 12, Episode 18.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1994. Prior to joining the Inspection Service, she worked as a police officer at the Lincoln Police Department in Lincoln Nebraska for over ten years. Susan also served in both the Nebraska Air National Guard and the Tennessee Air National Guard retiring with 24 years of service.

Federal Law Enforcement Professionals may seek specialized training recognition as approved by agency rule(s) for Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) Standards.
Tennessee Law Enforcement Professionals may submit to the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (POST) for specialized training substitution through their designated agency training officer.
Arkansas Law Enforcement professionals may submit to the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (CLEST) for specialized training.
Mississippi Law Enforcement Professionals may submit to the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Training for advanced/specialized training.
Registration closes on Tuesday at 6:00 pm.
For in-person attendees, we can order an optional lunch from Lenny's for an additional $10, or you can bring your own. Please complete the menu during registration.

Registration is required before Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM and it opens 2/1/2025 at 6:00 AM
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Webinar meeting link will be sent via email from Zoom the evening prior to the webinar.
There will be four polling questions during the webinar, and three must be completed in order to obtain CPE.
Payment by credit/debit card during registration preferred.
Payment at event option will require you to print the invoice and mail with your check to 1138 N Germantown Parkway Suite 101 #131, Cordova, TN 38016. CPE will be issued once payment has been received for webinar.
