Speaker: Shawn Phillips
Bio: Shawn is an experienced investigative professional leading, managing and conducting complex criminal and civil investigations. He has provided subject matter expert witness services to the judiciary over the last 25 years.
CPE: 4 hours
Course Description: Understanding the rules and play books for Federal Rules 701-706. We will explore a practical approach to qualifying a witness for expert testimony. We will emerge with an understandable, realistic theory and method for expert witness voir dire.
In-person attendance at Ridgeway Business Center, 5865 Ridgeway Center Parkway Suite #300, Memphis, TN 38120.
There will be an opportunity available for networking from 12:00 pm to the start of the presentation. Door prize for attendees.
