Mid-South Chapter Program Guidelines

The following awards will be presented by the Mid-South Chapter officers and board at the Annual Faud Conference.  These awards will be presented annually, starting in 2024 for actions during the previous year.

·      President’s Award (Chapter President selected)

·      Certified Fraud Examiner of the Year Award

·      Investigator of the Year Award

·      Law Enforcement Unit Excellence Award (Board selected)

The award recipients will be individually recognized with a physical award during the Annual Fraud Conference.  Award recipients will receive waived registration for all CPE training events including the annual conference for the preceding year.  The recipients will be responsible to pay for any expenses including but not limited to: travel fees, lodging, transportation, food outside of the conference schedule, or any other expenses.

No monetary award will be given for any category.  All nomination submissions must be received by 11:59 P.M. Central Standard Time on August 30, 2024.  All nomination submissions will be reviewed and selected by a committee of the Chapter President, Vice President and Director of Training.  Members of the Board of Directors of the Chapter are eligible for nomination including the committee members.  In the event a committee member receives a nomination, the President shall appoint a member of the Board of Directors to serve on the nomination committee for review of all categories that year. 

The President’s Award will be selected and awarded at the sole direction of the current Chapter President.
