Welcome to the Mid-South Chapter of the ACFE

The Mid-South Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners was founded in 1992, in the home of the blues and barbeque, Memphis, Tennessee.

Our chapter consists of fraud detection and prevention professionals in the Memphis and surrounding area. Many of our members hold the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation. However, we welcome anyone that works in the fraud field or is interested in fraud investigation and prevention.

The Mid-South ACFE Chapter is run by volunteers. We typically try and respond to emails between 3 to 5 business days, and you may get a response sooner if possible.

We are also transitioning to MailChimp for our event announcements regarding meetings and conferences, and will also be sending a periodic newsletter as well.

Upcoming Training & Meetings:

Join us as we hold our fourth annual conference on Tuesday, September 15, 2025. You will have the opportunity to obtain up to six CPE, including two Ethics CPE.

The range of seminars will include insurance fraud, law enforcement case studies, ethics, and more.

There will also be networking opportunities before the conference starts, as well as during the day between seminars.

Morning refreshments and lunch are included in the cost, and refreshments will be available during the day.
