Real life examples of fraud and how those could be prevented/detected, lessons learned. Discuss ways technology such as textual analytics can be used to proactively monitor for fraud risk.
Bio:
Bryan is a Partner and leads BKD’s Forensics and Litigation Services practice. Bryan specializes in providing litigation consulting, fraud investigation and forensic accounting services. Bryan has led investigations across a wide variety of clients, leading to successful claims for insurance reimbursement, private restitution agreements, criminal restitution, and jail time for the fraudsters. Bryan is a CPA, a certified fraud examiner, is certified in financial forensics from the AICPA and is also a certified valuation analyst.
